He was predeceased by: his father Howard L. Mullins; his sister Cynthia Buckles; and his grandson Landen Shupe. He is survived by: his mother Nellie Colleen Mullins (Cope); his children, Megan Mullins of Muskogee, Levi Mullins of Tulsa, Kala Mullins of Arkansas, Hudsin Bucksath and Alibi Yaun; and his siblings, Vickie Mackey, Charles Royal, Jamie Royal, Teresa Mullins, Jewel Mullins and Yolanda Mullins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
