He was predeceased by: his parents, Rupert Cogburn and Merilynn Cogburn; his sister Debra Ogle; and his grandson Isaiha Tom. He is survived by: his children, Catherine (Matt Getz) of Buford Georgia and Adam Tom (Charlie) of Buford; his wife Annie; his daughter Rebecca (Chris Goodman) of Tulsa; his grandchildren, Abigail, Noah, Lexie, Madelynn, Cooper Goodman, Sadie, Wyatt, Audrey Getz, Aislyn, Rylee and Ryan; his sister Angie Stephens of Enid; and his nephew Jeremy Johnson of Enid.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Woodcrest Free Will Baptist Church (19250 E Pine St, Catoosa, OK 74015).
