He is survived by: his parent John Andrew Hoffman; his wife Sharon Virginia Phillips Hoffman; his children, Kara Ann Durnal of Catoosa and Kevin Wayne Hoffman of Catoosa; his mother Joan Beveryly Frederickson; his brothers, Willy Hoffman, John Hoffman and Kevin Hoffman (Cheryl); his half-sister April Hinrichs (Corvin); and his grandchildren, Ashlyn Hoffman and Chris Durnal.
