He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kell and Eva Kell; his wife Jo; and his siblings, Norma, Evelyn, Leatrice, Gloria and Arthur.
He is survived by: his former wife Melba; his children, Sareca (Jay Wilson), Eddie Kell, Sharlene Kell (Anna Campion), Terri (Ronnie Furr), Melanie (Todd Files) and Sarah (Steven Bishop); and his grandchildren, Evan Wedel, Laura Guthrie, Cristi Laird, Melissa Gonzalez, Angela Skinner, Jake Bullard, Zoe Bishop, John Bullard, Seth Bishop and Audrey Files. He is also survived by many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
