She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur M Bailey; her daughter Pamela Kay Bailey; and her great grandchild Conner J Stout. She is survived by: her son Jack Bailey (Toni); and her grandchildren, Timothy Bailey (Stephanie) and Nicole Stout (Jim).
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Olivet Baptist Church (155 N 65th W Ave, Tulsa, OK 74127).
