Smith of Catoosa and Phil Patterson of Tulsa; her stepson John Johnson (Tina) of Arkansas; her brother Larry Gene Pendergrass (Sharon) of Tulsa; and her grandchildren, Kristin Dupont (Glenn) of Catoosa and Scott Smith of Catoosa. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
