She is survived by: her husband Tony Jewel Curtsinger of Castle; her sons, Adam Bill Curtsinger (Dondi Lynn) of Castle and Casey Jewel Curtsinger of Okemah; and her siblings, Kenny Ray, Tracy T., Michael Shawn, Debbie and Tory. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
