He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Longan and Thelma Parker; his siblings, Ausie, Sidney Longan and Ruth Miller; and his children, Jonathan Stroud, Amy Cissell and Marissa Stroud.
He is survived by: his significant other Mavis Stroud of Cashion, Oklahoma; his sons, Troy Longan of Tulsa and Shawn; his daughter-in-law Amanda Longan of Hitchita, Oklahoma; and his daughter Tina Ayers of Henryetta, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, and friends.
