He is survived by: his wife Eulinda; his children, Letisha Miller (Joshua) of Lindsay, Christopher Smith of Cashion, Ashlea Musante (James) of Oklahoma City, Zach Smith (Kayla) of Guthrie and Sequoia Smith (Brian) of Mounds; his sisters, Teresa Armstead of Newalla and Brenda Davidson (Jim) of Cashion; his father-in-law Jesse Smith; and his grandchildren, Bradley Miller, Aubree Secondi, Andrew Miller, Brady Smith and Baker Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
