He is survived by: his children, Pam (Dale Dawson) of Colbert, OK, Randy of Cartwright, OK and Lori Rambo Haddock of Calera, OK; and his grandchildren, Jon Fisher (Mary Helen) of Colbert, OK, Monica West, Michael Gurnick III of Cartwright, OK, Janna, Tooper Duncan of Calera, OK, Adam Fisher (Crystal) of Wynnewood, OK and Katrina (Josh Pickens) of Tishomingo. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, other extended family and many friends.
