He is survived by: his wife Susan Fisher; his children, Jason Fisher, Luke Killough, Neeley Killough (Jamey Farmer) and Brooklyn; his siblings, Eddie Fisher (Vannah), Cathy Saunders (Steve) and Candy Allen (Johnny); his parents-in-law, Sam and Dorothy Muldrew; his brothers-in-law, Keith Muldrew and David Muldrew; and his nieces and nephews, Marla Pollaro, Amy Allen, Katie Allen, Abby Allen, Amanda Masterson, Brooke Sharples, Whitney Muldrew, Sydney Muldrew, Mark Fisher, Matt Saunders, Luke Saunders and Nick Muldrew.
