He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Worthington Jr and Dorothy Walson; his wife Janet Worthington; and his brother Michael Bowser. He is survived by: his daughters, Monica Winbish (Chung) of Calera and Chrystal Mendoza (Sam) of Fort Worth; and his grandchildren, Erik, Lukas, Alyssa and Leia. He is also survived by numerous cousins, neices, nephews, other relatives and friends.
