He is survived by: his father Donald Joe Green II of Mineral Wells, TX; his siblings, Donald Joe Green III of Cartwright, OK, Zachary Green of Cartwright, OK, Colby Green (Crystal) of Cartwright, OK and Darlene Starr; his stepmother Sheila Starr; his nephew Lawson Green; and his niece Delaney Green. He is also survived by numerous other nieces & nephews, other extended family and many friends.
