She was predeceased by: her parents, JT Stone and Viola Stone; her son Phillip Burkhalter; her son-in-law Jeff Krehbiel; and her siblings-in-law, Claudene Litton (Clarence), Martha Forsman and George Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Glen; her siblings, Clarissa Loper (Jimmie) of Blue Springs, John Forsman of Quincy, Florida, Glenâ, Kenneth Burkhalter (Jean) of Mangum and Betty Miller of Helotes, Texas; her son Randy Burkhalter (Pam) of Blackwell, Oklahoma; her daughter-in-law Donna Burkhalter of Fort Supply, Oklahoma; her daughters, Janice Johnson (Burkhalter) and Karen (Burkhalter); and her grandchildren, Wesley Burkhalter (Jenny) of Burke, Robert Burkhalter (Christy) of Valdosta, Ryan Johnson (Molly) of Hunter, Oklahoma, Lindsay Burkhalter of Ponca City, Betsy Groves (Johnson) of Kremlin and Brittany Hukill (Logan) of Hydro, Oklahoma. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Granite Senior Citizen’s Meal Site where Sue was meal site manager for a number of years.
