He is survived by: his wife Tammy Howard Church; and his children, Dixie Martinez, Galilia Martinez and Jose Martinez (Delilah) of Dumas, Texas.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Brown-Cummings Chapel (400 W Maple Ave, Enid, OK 73701).
Memorials may be made in his honor to the Galilia Martinez Care Fund with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.
