He was predeceased by: his former wives, Linda Lou Sudheimer and Linda Bailey; his parents, Thomas Woodrow Bailey and Dorothy Alma Harris Bailey (Harris); and his grandchild Macy Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bailey; his children, Lori Hulet (Lance), Scott Bailey (Catherine), Cheryl Hover (Ted), JoBeth Miller (Alan), Amy Ramsey (Jim), Steven Bailey (Criste), Linda "Shelly" Sage (Doug) and Misty Butler (Bill); and his siblings, Bob Bailey (Carolyn), Rosetta Hurst and Kim Mitchell. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
