We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2021, at the age of 69, Raymond Lee Ballard of Carney, Oklahoma, born in Vinita, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Ballard and Bonnita Ballard (Straw); his brother Larry; his granddaughter Kametra; and his nephew Claxton.
He is survived by: his wife Reecie Tate; his children, April Koert of Oklahoma City, Michelle Brewer of Oklahoma City, Kathleen Stovall of Oklahoma City, Christeen McKinney of Spriro and Charles Ballard of Oklahoma City; and his siblings, Joyce Ballard of Oklahoma City and Jerry Ballard of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
