He is survived by: his children, Pam Moore (Cliff) of Rush Springs, John Wiseman (Wendy) of Carney, Monty Block (Susan) of Kingsville, MO, Vicki Rolland, Roger Sigrist of Stillwater, Cindy Cates (Alan) of Sand Springs and Brett Prothe of St Louis, MO; and his sister Clarice Dixon of Tulsa. He is also survived by grandchildren, (22) great-grandchildren; along with other family and friends.
