He was predeceased by: his father Tommy Jack Miller. He is survived by: his mother Marlena Campbell Miller (Mark Hodson); his wife Cheryl Miller of Carney; his siblings, Alan Miller (Jo Beth Miller), Kari Gaylord (Bryce Gaylord) and Kevin Miller (Kayla Miller); his children, Taylor Hinds, Trevor Miller, Dillon Miller and Campbell Miller; and his stepdaughters, Kelsey Collum and Mackenzie Moore. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
