He is survived by: his wife Carole Ann Millwee of Carnegie, OK; his sons, Mike Millwee (Trish) of Apache, OK and David Millwee of Oklahoma City, OK; his grandchildren, Johnathon Millwee (Katie) of Tulsa, OK, Ashleigh DeMarcus (Shane) of Saddle Mountain, OK, Kacie Hoff of Weatherford, OK, Kristen Davis (Richard) of Choctaw, OK and Jace Millwee of Edmond, OK; his great grandchildren, Landon Hoff, Brayden Hoff, Greyson Hoff of Weatherford, OK, Reed DeMarcus and Reese DeMarcus of Saddle Mountain, OK; his siblings, Jo Ann Patterson of Hinton, OK, Carl Millwee of The Woodlands, TX, Ivan Millwee of Cleburne, TX and Doris Knauss of Burneyville, OK; and his brother-in-law Charles Jr. (Deloris Bartosovsky).
