He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Clark and Faye Gertrude Luper (Hackleman); his wife Reta Faye of Alfalfa, Oklahoma.; his siblings, Byron, Kenneth, Wilda Haley, Alva Frances Schultz and Ruby Nell Mitchell; and his granddaughter Jeanna Mickley Tate.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Mickley (Doug) of Alfalfa and Denise Jeter (Kevin) of Ramona, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Dakota Streber of Shawnee, Dillon Streber (Kaitlin) of Enid, Dalton Streber (Demi) of Chickasha, Matt Mickley (Holly) of Yukon, Jessica Quade (Matt) of Waco and Jennifer Sellers (Matt) of Broken Arrow; his great grandchildren, Kassidy, Brody, Caden, Langston, Remi, Zoe, Lane, Logan, Noah, Caleb, Joshua, Grace, Lydia and Parker; and his brother Bill Luper (Mary) of Eakly, Oklahoma..
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ray & Martha's Funeral Home (20 W Main St, Carnegie, OK 73015). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at the Alfalfa Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alfalfa Cemetery Association or the Carnegie Food Pantry.
