With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carmen McCoy in Carnegie, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 28, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse McCoy and Emma McCoy (Harper); her siblings, J. D. McCoy, Ernie McCoy, Lil Sherman and Marcella Hancock; and her nephews, David Hancock, Larry McCoy and Fox.
She is survived by: her nieces, Debra Lamb (Jack) and Jana Coble (Dene); her great-niece Brandi McCoy (Jeff Still); her great-nephews, Johnathan Harbison and Shannon McCoy; her pet Prissy A; and also, Ally Kyser, Tobey Garcia, Aiva Garcia and Vincent Garcia Jr.. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
