It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bridgette Lynn Satepeahtaw of Carnegie, Oklahoma, born in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 7, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, LaVern Satepeahtaw and Marie Satepeahtaw; her brothers, Frederick, Vernon "Howie" Toyekoyah and Ronald "Dawes" Twohatchet; her nephews, Bryan Dale Satepeahtaw and George Tallbird; her uncle Curtis; and her aunt Penelope Horse.
She is survived by: her daughter Hypatia Danica Smith; her siblings, Martin "Pepper" Tsatoke, Malcolm Tallbird, LaVern Jr., Leon, Lyndrith, Cornel, Billy Cozad, Chebonnie LeClair, Donna Sebedra, LaDonna Kim, Carol, Amy, Sandra, Marisa and Velma; her grandchildren, Ricky, Daniel, Calvin, Kawhi, Lynica, Nykylie, Ashlynn and Makyla; and her nieces and nephews, Racey Lynn, Codie Rae, Bella, Cody, Bian and Jon Dee Numerous.
