He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Dean and Mary Jean Springer (Slack); his pets, Bella, Porter and Cindy; his wife Cindy; his children, Melissa Smith (Jeff Reynolds) of Alexandria, Virginia, Scott Collier (Kirsten Delozier), Criss of Edmond, Oklahoma and Jason Smith (Deborah) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and his siblings, Vicky Olson, Janet Sheik and Kirk Springer. He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Out of deference to Kelly's wishes, masks are mandatory.
