He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Rose Phillips (Kirkendall) and Clair Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Phillips of Aline; his children, Matt Phillips (Monica) of Aline and Rebecca Gable of Cleo Springs; his siblings, Rob Phillips (Jackie) of Cleo Springs and Toni Munn of Enid; his grandchildren, Brock Phillips (Meagan) of Cherokee, Taylor Knopf (Thomas) of Alva, Samantha Phillips of Meno, Conner Dickey of Grove, Katelynn Frederick of Cleo Springs and Damien Frederick of Enid; and his great grandchildren, Aspen Phillips, Theo Knopf and Aliyah Dickey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
