She is survived by: her parents, Tammy Williams (Simonson) of Carmen and LeRoy James Williams of Carmen; her husband Austin Carter of Carmen; her daughters, Emily Rose and Lillian Grace; her sister Mary Yeary (Adam) of Ohio; and her grandmother Karla Booten. She is also survived by many cousins, other relatives and friends.
