He is survived by: his wife Lori Wilkinson; his children, Bobby Perryman (Ashley) of Carmen and Sasha Perryman of Carmen; his brother Wayne Perryman of Fort Worth, Texas; and his grandchildren, Colten Perryman of Carmen, Emily McNary of Carmen, Charlotte McNary of Carmen, Bobby Dale of Carmen, Lillie of Carmen, Tuff of Carmen, Lee of Carmen and Dixie Perryman of Carmen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made through the mortuary to the Carmen Fire and Rescue.
