She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Hoffman and Amelia Hoffman (Schuber); her husband Ben Evans; her son Tom Evans; and her stepgranddaughter Monica Wanzer.
She is survived by: her son Jerry Evans of Canton, OK; and her sister-in-law Laverle Hoffman. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one step-grandchild; four great-grandsons and two great-granddaughters.
Memorials may be made to the Canton Christian Church, the Canton Senior Citizens or to the donor's choice with the funeral home serving as custodian at P.O. Box 36, Canton, OK 73724.
