He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Rose Birdshead (Tallbear); his children, Susan Cummings of Durango, CO, Doug Urban (Susie) of Casper, WY, Moosey Goljenboom (John) of Putnam, OK and Sharon Birdshead (Mark Hafner) of McLoud, OK.; his siblings, Frances Bates, Myrlie Hawk, Clifford, Laverne and Sterling Birdshead; his father Joseph Jess Birdshead; his wife Wanda Walker Birdshead; his sons, Anthony Sr. and Kenny Birdshead; and his siblings, Earl Labeau, Marvin Whiteshirt, Charles Birdshead Sr., Ralph Birdshead Sr., Amick Birdshead (Joseph Birdshead) and Tommie Rose Cravitt (Birdshead). He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
