He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charlie, Elizabeth Surveyor, Christine and Lee Oldcamp Jr.; his siblings, Glenda Ray Surveyor and Harvey Dewayne Surveyor Jr.; and his mother-in-law Ursula Wolfmule.
He is survived by: his father Harvey Surveyor; his wife Tiffany Braudrick; his sons, Harley Dewayne Surveyor II, Jacob Riley Surveyor and Aiden Aaron Braudrick of Gage, OK; his mother Mary Oldcamp; and his siblings, Alvin Dean, Johnny Oldcamp, Donovan Howard and Jessica Flyingout.
