Though Gayle may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, LeRoy Hoffman and Betty Hoffman (Staples); and her husband Dennis Tautfest. She is survived by: her sons, Jason Tautfest and Gary Tautfest; and her brother Robert Hoffman.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pierce Funeral Home - Canton (400 W Pne St, Canton, OK 73724). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the United Methodist Church (400 W Cedar St, Canton, OK 73724).
