He is survived by: his uncles, Jack Hail and Michael Osage; his cousins, Sunni Meat, Dawn Meat and Albert Meat; his children, Kiona Hail of Bartlesville, OK, Erica Hail of Dewey, OK, Teegan Hail of Pawhuska, OK and Gage McKinley of Pawhuska, OK; his former wife Peaches Hail of Pawhuska, OK; his siblings, Charles Hail, Thomas, Jarvis Daukei of Canton, OK, Larry Chiefly, Jr. of Albuquerque, NM, Rebecca Chiefly Hill of Eufaula, OK, Angela Chiefly, Vaughn Wallowing Bull and Penny Rusky; and his grandmother Renee Meat of Canton, OK. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
