He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Charles and Elizabeth Surveyor (Lime); and his grandparents, Felix Roman Nose Surveyor, Maude Walkingwoman Surveyor, Maurice Lime, Sr. and Lucinda Scabbyhorse Lime.
He is survived by: his wife Renee Meat; his children, Eugenia Surveyor, Janita Jones, Dawn Meat of Canton and Sean Meat of Canton; his siblings, Jerry Surveyor (Cordell) of Albuquerque, Harvey DeWayne Surveyor (Cheyenne) of Canton, Orville Whiteskunk of Hammon, Oklahoma, Elizabeth Scroggins (Sam) of Hugo, Norma Jones of Broken Bow, Leto Blackhorse and Linda Rhoads; and his grandchildren, Tia Surveyor, Tirador Pratt, Ryan Charles Surveyor, Staci Michelle Pratt, Shawn Elizabeth Phyllis Surveyor, Jana Colleen Pratt, Theresa Nicole Surveyor, Jessica Webster, Suni Meat, Torre Meat, Megan Guy and Mary Guy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
