She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ira Foster and Ethel Foster (Mikles); her husband Willis; her children, Eloise Marie, Shirley Garrett of Enid, Jess Kephart (Judy) of Watonga, Patricia Kephart of Southard and Ginger Spencer (Terry) of Sapulpa; and her brother Dewey Foster of Jacksonville. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren, and many other relatives and numerous friends.
