He was predeceased by: his parents, Locie Allen and Florence Ellen Wilcox (Weeks); and his sister Elresa Pembrook. He is survived by: his wife Glenda; his children, Brian Wilcox and Vicki Parker (John); and his siblings, Ron Wilcox (Ruby) and Elsie Whitten. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
