She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Henry and Elizabeth Clay Cook (Archer); her daughter Jan McDaniel; and her siblings, Walter Cook, David Cook, Leonard Cook, Wilona Pruitt-Herford, Juanita Arnold, Edith Golden and Betty Mason.
She is survived by: her children, Rev. Sam Vaughn (Sherry) of Atoka, OK, Harlan Vaughn (Peggy) of Caney, OK and Brenda Workman (Don) of Atoka, OK; and her grandchildren, Regina Robinson (Rusty) of Caney, OK, Natalie Currie (Brandon), Donna Hardman (Kelly), Bart Workman (Stacey), Melissa Denton (Mike), Valerie Phillips (Cody), David Vaughn, Kim Richardson, Eathan Richardson and Along. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
