OBITUARY NAME: Hayden Leon Willis, age 88, a lifelong Atoka, OK resident. BORN: He was born on Friday, May 04, 1923, to William "Bud" Henry and Mamie Ruth (Jackson) Willis, at East High Hill, OK. PASSED AWAY: Hayden passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at his residence in Caney, OK. AGE: 88 years, 8 months and 29 days. EDUCATION: He attended school at East High Hill, West High Hill and Caney. OCCUPATION: Hayden was a heavy equipment operator, state employee, and horse trainer. MILITARY: Hayden was a WWII veteran.
MARRIED: He married Mascal Joy Fryer on December 4, 1947, she preceded him in death on February 26, 1972. Hayden married Ethel Workman on December 5, 1972, she preceded him in death on November 9, 2006, Later he married Cora Capps of Mustang, Ok. CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Hayden was a Baptist. He had a great love for horses and enjoyed horse racing.
