It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Bowman of Canadian, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Bowman and Maude Bowman (Sutton); his wife Evelyn Mae Bowman (Taylor); his son Robert Bowman, Jr. (Little Bob); his granddaughter Fallon Turner; and his siblings, Betty Allen, Marjorie Rutledge, Eddie Cadenhead, JoAnn McClain, Louise McBride of Mildred Pipino, J. H, Tyrus Bowman and C. L. Bowman.
He is survived by: his friends, Leon, Walters, Ronnie Romine, Bill Lawson and Hollis Weeks; his daughter Peggy Bowman DeFrange (Ricky) of Krebs; his granddaughter Sharla Reich (Johnny) of Krebs; his great grandchildren, Hudson Reich and Jalyn Reich; and his pets, Susie and Lady.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to St. Jude's Children's, Hospital, World Wildlife Federation, or PAWS Box 76 McAlester.
