Neill; her siblings-in-law, Leroy and Vera Northcutt; her siblings, Wade Clyde Lusk, Homer Eugene Lusk, Harold Dean Lusk, Jimmy Don Lusk, John Franklin Lusk and Norma Jo Beshear; her parents-in-law, Vess and Callie Lou Neill (Jenks); and her son-in-law Lee Dugan.
She is survived by: her children, Miles C. Neill (Virginia) of Fountain, CO, Homer Ray Neill (Debbie) of Canadian, OK, Vess Dean Neill (Glenda) of Canadian, OK and Iva Louann Dugan of Canadian, OK; her sister Sue Lusk McClish of Oolagah, OK; her grandchildren, Matt, Nathan, Bobby, Phillip, James, Ian, Sean, Devon and Derek; and her great grandchildren, Keely, Jacob, Brilee, Ava, Blayden, Makalyn, Maggie, Nolan, Calvin and Carder.
