He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Farris and Naomi Farris (Welch); and his sisters, Olna Farris and Delores Farris-Williams. He is survived by: his wife Vicque; his children, Dale Farris, Terry Farris (Kelly), Brandon Farris, Sherry McDaniel, Shelly Dortch (Jeff), Lori Thouvenal (Jared), Charla Landwermeyer and Marla Farris; and his brother David Farris (Marie). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial donation to the Oklahoma Coaches Association Assistance Plan, which can be found on-line.
