He was predeceased by: his parents, Mittie L. Forehand (Adams) and Newton E. Forehand of Bates Arkansas. He is survived by: his children, Tina Burgess of Tulsa, Oklahoma., Debra Scarborough of Tulsa, Oklahoma. and Stewart Forehand (Kathi) of McAlester, Oklahoma.; and his grandchildren, Steven Staples, Billy Ben Staples, Jimmy Forehand, Audra Perteet and Morgan Reese.
Viewing was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home (710 US-270, Heavener, OK 74937). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel (710 US-270, Heavener, OK 74937).
