He was predeceased by: his parents, John Winters and Eunice Winters (Byrd); his wife Helen "Sis" Winters; and his siblings, Paul Winters, Bea Sweeten, Gene Ford and Betty Rush.
He is survived by: his sons, Jessie Winters (Bonita) of Ft. Smith, AR and Jerry Winters (Tera) of Rock Island, OK; and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Emily, Helen Jo Winters, Tyler Konieczny (Amanda) of Greenwood, AR, Avery and Adalynn Konieczny. He is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
