He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Basinger and Alberta Basinger (Lovell). He is survived by: his wife Eula Basinger (Ledbetter); his son Gary Basinger (Dorinda) of Blue Spings, MO.; his siblings, Deanna Smith of Kansas City, MO. and Paul Basinger of Hartford, AR.; and his granddaughters, Brooke Krekeler and Ashley Flower.
