He is survived by: his wife Ellen Gaither; his children, Dirk Gaither (Nancy), Kirk Gaither, Cheri Dunning (Jerry) and Tammy Stone (Les); and his sister Norma Lee Bollinger. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
