It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy A. Brand (Cameron, Oklahoma), who passed away on March 6, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Brand and Inez Brand; and his son Shane "Worm" Moseley. He is survived by: his sons, Shannan Moseley, Shawn "Booger" Moseley and Jay D. Brand; and his sisters, Patsy Kersh (Pauline Thompson) and Gladys Walker. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
