She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Tolleson and Wilma Tolleson (Himes); her husband Endel Kazey; and her children, Raymond Rath and Theresa Hampton.

She is survived by: her children, Jay Rath (Michelle) of Lake Charles, Jimmy Hampton of Utah, Audrey Rath of Moore and Priscilla Hampton of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Anthony, Johnnie, Polly and Jane. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews relatives.
