He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, J. D. Collins and Marclee Henderson Collins; his wife Mary; his children, Vanessa Collins, Felicia Blaylock, Elicia Collins, Sabrina Farrill, Danyal Sallee, Cody Collins, Jonathan Collins and Thomas Collins, Jr.; and his sister Pamela Phillips. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
