He is survived by: his wife Jean; his children, Dennis Guffey (Vesta) of Checotah and Tesha Neal (Albert) of Tulsa; and his grandchildren, Denny Guffey, Heather Guffey, Shelby Guffey, Randall Phillips, Elaine Dean, Stephanie Guffey, Jeremy Neal and Joseph Compton. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
