He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Dover and Flossie Dover (Allen); his siblings, Franky Farless and Donna Coleman; and his daughter Melanie Lynn Dover.
He is survived by: his wife Raeleen Dover; and his children, Shanna Chavez (Bobby) of California, Sandra Kiogima (James) of Calvin, Jennifer Quinones of Porterville and Kevin Ball (Felishia) of Calvin. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
