She is survived by: her husband Jerry Martin; her daughters, Tisha Tatum (Bryan) of Shawnee and Kim Martin (Jason Smith) of Calvin; her grandchildren, Kylee Mendenhall (Kaleb) of Harrah, Kenzi Williams (Jake) of Pryor, Kelley Smith of Calvin, Pazli Smith of Calvin and Alissa White of Calvin; her great grandchildren, Beau, Brynlee and Bentley; her sister Patricia Collard (Carl) of Calvin; and her sister-in-law Joan Vandeveer of Calvin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other family members, and many friends.
